Africa Development Council’s Francophone Mission in Benin Republic
ADC Francophone Mission: Lome Accord:

The Africa Development Council has established a Mission in Benin Republic Responsible for
the Francophone Countries in Africa.
The Africa Development Council (ADC) has successfully signed a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) with its Benin Representative in charge of the Mission for Francophone
Countries in Africa, in the person of Mayor Amade Moussa.
