Africa Scientific Renaissance Day established by AU in 1987, and to be observed 30th June every year.
This episode was organized some 13 years ago by the Science & Technology Advocacy Renaissance for Africa/Africa Development Council (ADC).
The ADC hopes to bring Science & Technology Endeavors to the doorstep of private scientific organization to showcase to the world their scientific endeavors.
Hitherto, it is the preserve for public owned enterprises, such the Council for Scientific & Industrial Research and the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission.
The Africa Development Council has come to bring the private sector into the limelight of Scientific and Technology Space in the continental event observation.
