Ing. Dr. Sogbey explaining how far Ghana has gone, being a member of the International Institute of Welding (IIW), the country is yet to locally qualify Welding Experts to international standards, to solve the problem of lack of Local Content in Capacity Building and Ghana’s huge expenditure on Expatriates within the Oil & Gas Industry. A process which is underway to be achieved soon. He stated.
