1. Gather information: Collect data on government initiatives and relevant reports to inform recommendations.
2. Analyze initiatives: Conduct a thorough analysis of selected government projects and programs to understand their impact on the community.
3. Develop recommendations: Develop clear and actionable recommendations for the government based on research findings and analysis.
4. Submit recommendations: Present recommendations to the government through official channels such as letters, policy briefs, or through meetings with government officials.

1. Build partnerships: Establish partnerships with stakeholders including community-based organizations, academia, and other NGOs to improve the reach and effectiveness of recommendations.
2. Increase engagement: Engage in public dialogues with key decision-makers to influence implementation of recommendations.
3. Monitor implementation: Develop a framework to monitor and evaluate the implementation of recommendations.
4. Share results: Share findings and results with stakeholders, the government, and the public to promote accountability and transparency.

LONG-TERM PLAN
These are our long-term plans.
1. Strengthen capacity: Build the capacity of the NGO, partners, and relevant stakeholders to undertake strategic analyses and influence government policies.
2. Expand scope: Expand the scope of the NGO’s work to include research and analysis of private sector initiatives that affect the public good.
3. Advocate for change: Be an advocate for change by promoting the adoption and implementation of recommendations and influencing policy decisions.
4. Foster collaboration: Encourage collaboration between civil society organizations, academia, and other entities to drive sustainable development and social progress.
5. Undertake studies and strategic analyses of some flagship initiatives of government and make recommendations to government of the day
6. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of plans, programmes and projects of the government of the day.
